Thank goodness for Bikram sometimes, you know? Or all the time, but sometimes, you really feel the gratitude.
Kind of a bad day. Exhausted. Tired of living in two places. Had a kind of hissy fit at work.
And then I got in there. And it all melted away.
Like Calgon, only better.
There was steam coming off my skin! OFF MY SKIN!!!!
Can't wait for a great night's sleep tonight. Which will hopefully arrive soon. Left the studio after 10:30 and am waiting on some videos to upload.
